& CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUR PRIVATE & GROUP CLASSES
1) Both Private and Group classes will be invoiced on a monthly basis in advance.
2) Scheduled classes for the month are payable in advance.
3) All invoices will be emailed the week prior to the start of the month and we kindly ask that payment is settled within 7 days of receipt or by the payment date stated on the invoice.
4) Payment is accepted via BACS transfer please.

CANCELLING YOUR PRIVATE CLASS WITH US
1) We ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you are planning on cancelling your Singular or Weekly Private class slot.
2) We require at least one month’s notice where a Weekly Private Online or Weekly Private In-Person class slot is concerned.
3) If there are any changes to your scheduled classes due to illness, holidays or unforeseen circumstances on your part, so long as we receive 24 hours notice, this will be adjusted and credited in the following month's invoice.
4) If you cancel your scheduled class, giving less than 24 hours notice for whatever reason, please understand this class is forfeited and your fee is non-refundable.

CANCELLING YOUR GROUP CLASS WITH US
1) We ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you are planning on cancelling your Group class slot so that we can allocate your space to someone else on our waiting lists.
2) If there are any changes to your scheduled Group classes due to illness, holidays or unforeseen circumstances on your part, so long as we receive 24 hours notice, this will be adjusted and credited in the following month's invoice. Alternatively, please read clause 3 below.
3) If sufficient notice is given, whereby you are unable to attend your scheduled Group class slot, we are happy to offer an alternative to clause 2) and email you directly a downloadable recording link for you to complete the missed class at your convenience. Where this option is chosen, the payment for the class is still applicable and you must let us know, with at least 24 hours notice, if you would like to choose the recording option so that we can arrange it with our instructors.
4) If you cancel your scheduled class, giving less than 24 hours notice for whatever reason, please understand this class is forfeited and your fee is non-refundable.

THE CLUB'S VIRTUAL CLASS ZOOM RECORDINGS POLICY
1) We kindly ask that upon downloading your class recording, you agree that these are for private use for you, the individual, to whom they have been sent to enjoy at your leisure.
2) We ask that you do not forward the given download links and accompanying passcodes to anyone else.
3) We would like to assure clients, especially those taking part in an Online Group class, that once a recording has started it will record only the instructor who is placed on 'speaker view,' you yourself are not recorded.

THE CLUB'S WELCOME PACK & HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
1) We kindly ask that upon receiving your TCP Welcome Pack email from us, you read through it carefully and confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions so that we can then add you to our Club client list.
2) Your health is of the utmost importance to us so we cannot stress enough how important it is for you to complete our Online Health Questionnaire, which can be found under the #JoinTheClub drop-down menu, regardless of whether you are a Virtual Group, Virtual Private or In-Person client - Thank You.
