GROUP CLASSES
The Club has its very own Virtual Studio offering a wide variety of weekly Online Group classes to suit all levels and experience. We prefer to keep our Group Clubs small, with a maximum of 12 members per class, so that we can keep a personal focus on each of you during the mat workout. If you aren't sure which class to join, why not book a free consultation with us so we can help you choose the right class suited to you. In all of our Clubs we absolutely guarantee you lots of lovely movement, Pilates exercises and plenty of smiles - we can't wait for you to join us on the mat!

A fast paced class which is guaranteed to challenge both your mind and body. This class will focus on getting your whole body moving with intention and your powerhouse fully activated with the Pilates Principles at the ‘core’ of each practice.
Previous Pilates experience is advised.

Medium in pace, during this class we will work through lots of different Pilates mat exercises steadily, ensuring the core is fully engaged and worked throughout. Your breath work, alignment and control will all be challenged, mindfully connecting you to your body. This class is great for those who have practiced before or are looking to brush up on their technique.

Get that all important Monday night energy boost with lots of dynamic Pilates mat work exercises, incorporating lots of opening movements, energising breath work and stretching, setting you up perfectly for your week!
By the end of this class you will feel fully connected to your body, mobilised in your spine and worked in your core!

This class is a brilliant all round workout and aims to work both your mind and body entirely each week.
Classical Ballet has many benefits including;
